The Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Compensation: Base salary of $65,000 (OTE $85,000)

Founded in 2023, ArcHouse is dedicated to building a platform that enables true efficiency for healthcare providers caring for one of the most vulnerable populations.
We partner closely with hospice leadership teams nationwide and are scaling through a focused, outbound-driven go-to-market strategy.
Position Overview:
As a BDR at ArcHouse, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting. This role is designed for competitive, self-starting individuals who are motivated by results and take pride in creating opportunities from scratch.
You’ll work closely with the existing GTM team and founders, gaining exposure to a fast-growing healthcare SaaS business while contributing insight into outbound strategy, messaging, and systems. This role includes travel to conferences and events 3-4 times per quarter.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective hospice and post-acute care organizations through outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted research)
- Proactively reach senior decision-makers and earn meetings through relevant, persistent outreach
- Book and ensure attendance for discovery meetings
- Ensure clean handoff to Account Executives and founders for discovery
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM and outbound systems
- Provide insight and feedback to help improve existing outbound processes and contribute to system development as the team scales
- Represent ArcHouse at industry conferences and events 3-4 times per quarter
Your Traits / Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Highly competitive mindset with a strong bias toward outcomes
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, executive-level conversations, and handling rejection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working in CRMs and outbound tools
- Able to quickly adopt existing systems while offering thoughtful ideas to improve them
- Genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to meaningful work in the industry
